Return and Refund Policy

At AI SKIN LAB, I are committed to providing high-quality products and professional services. Due to the nature of medical-grade skincare and wellness treatments, the following policies apply:

Skincare Product Returns

Because our skincare products are medical-grade and safety-sensitive:

All product sales are final once opened or used.
Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be eligible for exchange or store credit only within 7 days of purchase.
Proof of purchase is required.
Products that appear tampered with, opened, or used cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

Allergic or Adverse Reactions:

If a client experiences a severe allergic reaction that requires evaluation or treatment by a licensed medical provider, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible, the client must provide:

Clear photographs of the reaction
Official medical documentation from the treating provider
Proof that the product was used as directed

Refund eligibility is at the sole discretion of AI SKIN LAB. Mild irritation, expected purging, or sensitivity common to active skincare ingredients does not qualify.

Skincare Services:

All skincare services (including facials, peels, microneedling, lasers, and other aesthetic treatments):

Are non-refundable.
Results vary by individual and cannot be guaranteed.
If you have concerns, we are happy to evaluate and recommend adjustments, but refunds are not provided for services rendered.

IV Therapy & Injectable Treatments:

For safety, medical, and regulatory reasons:

All IV therapies, injections, and vitamin treatments are non-refundable.
Once a treatment has begun or products have been prepared, fees cannot be reversed.
Treatment outcomes vary and are dependent on individual health status and lifestyle factors.

Consultations:

Consultation fees are non-refundable.
Consultation fees may be applied toward a service if treatment is performed within 30 days of the appointment.
Missed or same-day canceled consultations forfeit the consultation fee.

General Policy Notes:

By purchasing products or receiving services, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies.
AI SKIN LAB reserves the right to refuse returns or service adjustments that do not meet the above guidelines.
Policies are in place to maintain safety, fairness, and the integrity of our medical-grade services.
